I am now at 100 days of committing myself to a full year of 5am club.  If you have not heard of Robin Sharma’s book, ‘The 5am Club’, you should definitely read it.

The idea is to begin the morning when it is the quietest, and work on four fundamental pillars: mind, heart, body and soul.  They are called the four interior empires and they are named: mindset (psychology), heartset (emotionality), healthset (physicality) and soulset (spirituality).

There is a 66 day challenge in which you are encouraged to change your morning routine in order to make it a new habit and hit what is called automaticity.  The University College London did a study in which they wanted to know at which point someone automates a habit and it was discovered to be around 66 days.  Habits can take up to 258 days however.  I committed myself to a full year of 5am club because I want to know what I can do in that time.  How much better can it get?

I have written two posts about my 66 day 5am challenge back in January and February 2021, feel free to read it.  There was definitely a ‘breaking down’ phase.  I see now that I did break down some old aspects of myself and old habits.

So what is happening now that I am at 100 days? So much!

However, this post is not about me, it is about what you think you could accomplish with 5am club.

Ask yourself if what you are doing today is getting you closer to where you want to be tomorrow.

What do you want to be, do or see before you die? What steps are you taking to get there?

Break down your limitations and live the life you always wanted! I know you deserve it, do you know that?

If there is any way to get to where you want to be, then my number one suggestion is to start with waking up earlier.  Carve out that time to work on yourself.  Then see how much better it gets!
