I have posted about affirmations previously, however it was focused on manifesting abundance. Affirmations are short, positive statements that elicit a feeling within you. Repeating affirmations helps build new beliefs and new beliefs can lead to the changes you want.
If there is something you want to change in your life right now, doing the same thing is not going to get you where you want to be. You have to change what you are doing in order to change your current circumstances. Changing your mindset is important. However, remember that you have to also work on your emotions (emotional well-being), physical health and your spiritual dimension or soul-set.
